First Annual National Pet Protection Week
A nationwide initiative created to help pet owners protect the animals they love through responsible planning, emergency preparation, and caregiver designation.
What Is National Pet Protection Week?
National Pet Protection Week raises awareness about one of the most overlooked responsibilities of pet ownership: ensuring pets are protected if something unexpected happens to their owner.
Many pets depend entirely on their owners, yet very few have a documented protection plan for illness, travel, hospitalization, incapacity, or death.

Our National Goal
Our goal is to help at least ten thousand pets become protected through emergency planning, registry enrollment, documented caregiver direction, and increased public awareness.
